How do I add a child profile?
- Go to the Family Dashboard.
- Tap the "+" button.
- Enter your child's name and select a Kash avatar.
- Tap Save — you're ready to go.
How do I set up an allowance schedule?
- Select your child from the Dashboard.
- Tap Add Allowance → enter the amount, frequency (weekly, monthly, etc.), and description.
- Tap Save — the app automatically tracks upcoming payments.
Can I track one-time allowances or gifts?
Yes. Go to your child's profile → Add Allowance, choose a one-time date instead of a recurring frequency, and the amount is added to their balance instantly.
How do I record a purchase?
Open your child's profile → tap Record Purchase → enter the amount, description, and category. The balance updates automatically.
What is the Wishlist feature?
The Wishlist helps kids set savings goals: add items your child wants, enter a target price, and track progress as savings grow. Purchases can be linked to wishlist items to mark progress.
Can I track spending and savings?
Yes — open the Analytics tab to view spending breakdowns by category, filterable by 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year.
How do I export reports?
Open the Analytics tab and tap Export (top right). A detailed PDF or CSV report is generated.
Do you store my personal information?
No. We do not collect any personally identifiable information. We use PostHog for anonymous analytics, Firebase Crashlytics for app stability, RevenueCat for subscription management, and iCloud for secure data sync. See the Privacy Policy for details.
How do I manage my subscription?
Go to Settings → Manage Subscription. From there you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time.
Is my data safe?
Yes — all allowance and purchase data is stored locally and synced securely via iCloud. No personal data is collected or shared.
