Welcome to Allowance Tracker: Kash ("App," "we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

• The App is intended for personal, family use only.
• You may not use the App for unlawful purposes or attempt to compromise its security.

2. Account & Data Storage

• The App uses Apple iCloud to securely store your allowance data, wishlists, and related information on your device and synced across your Apple devices.
• We do not collect or store your personal information on our servers.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• The App offers lifetime, yearly, and weekly subscription plans.
• Purchases are managed securely through the Apple App Store and processed by RevenueCat.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled via your Apple ID settings.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to improve your experience:

• RevenueCat — manages in-app purchases and subscriptions.
• Firebase Crashlytics — helps us track and fix app crashes.
• PostHog — collects anonymous analytics to understand feature usage.

These services may collect anonymized usage data but never collect personally identifiable information.

5. Limitation of Liability

We make every effort to provide a safe and secure app experience, but we are not responsible for:

• Any data loss resulting from device issues or iCloud sync failures.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to the App at our discretion if we believe misuse has occurred.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected within the App, and continued use signifies your acceptance.
